Refund Policy

Credit-based generation

Completed video generations consume credits according to the resolution shown in the generator. The required amount is displayed before a task is submitted.

Failed generations

If a paid task fails before producing a usable video, reserved credits are returned to the account automatically. This includes service-side failures, moderation blocks and tasks that finish without a playable output.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

Contact support as soon as possible if you believe a charge is duplicate or accidental. Include the account email, purchase date, amount and order reference. Requests are reviewed individually, and approved cash refunds are returned through the original payment method when available.

Used credits

Credits consumed by a completed generation are generally not refundable. If a completed video is materially unusable because of a service defect, include the task reference and a description of the problem so it can be investigated.

Chargebacks

Please contact support before starting a payment dispute. A chargeback may pause credit access while the payment is reviewed. Fraudulent or abusive refund activity may result in account restrictions.
