Service

Millionaire in 30 Days provides an independent one-photo generator for a fan-inspired phone skit. Users upload one image, choose supported output settings and use credits to generate a video. The service is not affiliated with or endorsed by the ChatGPT brand owner.

Accounts and payments

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and remain responsible for activity under your account. Credits are purchased in advance. Current prices and credit costs are shown before checkout or generation. Failed service-side tasks may be refunded under the Refund Policy.

Your uploads

Only upload images you own or have permission to use. Every identifiable person in an uploaded image must consent to the creation and sharing of the generated video. Do not upload private images of another person without permission.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to create or distribute illegal content, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate or deceptive synthetic media, harassment, hate speech, graphic violence, fraud, malware or content that infringes intellectual property rights. Do not present a generated clip as official content from the ChatGPT brand owner or claim endorsement.

Do not bypass moderation, overload the service, resell access, scrape private data or attempt to reverse engineer protected systems.

Generated content

Subject to these terms and applicable law, you may use your generated output for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for disclosures, platform rules, third-party rights and claims arising from the images or concepts you submit. Generated results are not guaranteed to be unique.

Intellectual property

The interface, prepared template, brand and software belong to their respective owners. Third-party names and trademarks remain the property of their owners. References to ChatGPT are descriptive and do not transfer ownership or imply affiliation.

Availability and limitation of liability

The service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access, specific output quality or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Millionaire in 30 Days is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, third-party claims or losses arising from content uploaded or published by a user.
